On May 16, 2026, under the full technical guidance of our company, the electroless refrigeration coating renovation project of Sinograin Mianyang Warehouse was successfully completed and passed acceptance. After the completion of the project, the roof of the granary was completely new, and the measured heat insulation and cooling effect was remarkable. According to tests, when the temperature is 28°C, the surface temperature of the area where the non-electric refrigeration paint is not applied is 54.7°C, and the surface temperature of the area where the non-electric refrigeration paint is applied is 27.9°C, achieving a surface temperature reduction of 26.9°C.
During this renovation, the construction team used electroless refrigeration and heat-insulating paint to spray the entire roof of the granary. With excellent construction technology, the coating covers evenly and forms a dense film, forming a complete protective and thermal insulation layer.
During the acceptance test, actual measured data showed that the surface temperature of the painted granary roof dropped significantly, forming a significant temperature difference with the unpainted area. This effectively solved the problem of high-temperature grain storage in the granary in summer and provided stable and reliable temperature control guarantee for safe grain storage.
The electroless refrigeration coating uses passive radiation refrigeration technology, which can efficiently reflect solar radiation and radiate heat to the atmospheric window. It can achieve roof cooling without additional energy consumption. It has the advantages of waterproofing, anti-seepage, anti-aging, and strong weather resistance. It is especially suitable for the energy-saving renovation needs of large-span buildings such as granaries and warehouses.
